Open the .dmg and drag Rimote to Applications
It's signed and notarized by Apple, so a normal double-click works — no right-click needed.

Launch Rimote from Applications
It lives in your menu bar, not the Dock. Grant Accessibility when asked so the media and navigation keys work.

Pair your iPhone
Open the Rimote app, pick your Mac, and enter the 4-digit code shown in the menu-bar popover.
